Queens & Castles want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. No worries! You can start your return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or accessing our Return Portal
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 15 days from the date your order shipped.
Returns are excepted for store credit only within 15 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost if applicable within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 15 days from the delivery date.
The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
- No visible makeup or deodorant on items.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at email@example.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
Swimwear / Cover-ups
Visibly Worn items
Select White Items
Items outside of policy window
