You have 21 days to make returns. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have original tags still intact. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges for any order.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Conditions: 

• Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
• No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at contact@queenscastles.com within 3 DAYS of delivery.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

• Free gifts or promotional items

• Items marked FINAL SALE

• Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

• Accessories

• Bodysuits

• Swimwear / Cover-ups

• Lingerie

• Visibly Worn items

• Select White Items

• Items outside of policy window
